Value Proposition
Built by Eckler’s technology teams, the ECKLER ecomp platform drives the seamless Compensation Benchmarking Survey and interactive Compensation Reports.
By participating in the survey, you will receive a complimentary compensation report highlighting insights and trends from the survey. And, as a participant, you get a reduced rate if you purchase access to the results.
The data collected in the Compensation Benchmarking Survey will be used in aggregate to generate market data and reports. Your data will not be identifiable to your organization.
Your participation will contribute to industry-wide and national understanding of compensation trends so we can offer a better perspective to help you get pay right and attract and retain top talent.
Focused on Canadian jobs and organizations, Eckler’s Compensation Benchmarking Survey is built specifically for the Canadian market. It offers an easy and intuitive survey experience with over 1,200 Canadian benchmark jobs across 120+ industries. The survey, job bank, and all reference materials are offered in both English and French. The survey is administered on the ECKLER ecomp platform built by Eckler’s own technology teams and all data is stored in Canada.
As a participant in the survey, you will receive all the same information as everyone else that purchases the results, you just pay less for it. You will access the reporting via an online analytics tool that includes:
- Aggregate market data by benchmark job, job family and subfamily, and career level
- Aggregate market data by organization type, size, and industry
- Data file downloads and online analytics tool
- Market comparisons for your jobs
- Visual charts and graphs
We expect the 2025 Compensation Benchmarking Survey to be open until April 30, 2025. The complimentary detailed compensation summary report and access to the Compensation Reports will be released in Fall 2025.

All client data we hold is stored on protected servers within Canada. All on-premises servers are in secured server rooms, which are only accessible via a secure card access system or physical keys. Access to server rooms in all locations is restricted to a limited number of authorized staff. Physical access to all our offices is also restricted and controlled.
Eckler is committed to a secure information technology environment and recognizes the need to identify and manage security threats and vulnerabilities. Data submitted to the Compensation Benchmarking Survey will be reviewed by experienced and dedicated members of Eckler’s compensation consulting team. All reporting will be based on aggregated data only.
