Experience
A Principal in Eckler’s Group Benefits Practice, Anne has more than 25 years of insurance and consulting experience. She has led group benefits consulting relationships for numerous large and complex multi-employers, and public and private-sector organizations across Canada. Her clients also include boards of trustees and committees within the education sector and range in size from five employees to over 160,000 members.
Anne’s relevant consulting experience includes benefit strategy, account management, benchmarking studies, facilitating the design and implementation of the resulting improved programs, and support for provider searches and implementation – among others.
Anne has previously participated in developing and teaching part of the two advanced-level benefit programs for Humber College’s benefit course. She has been a featured speaker at various industry and association-sponsored benefit sessions.
Technically gifted in her area of expertise, Anne brings her technical knowledge and experience to every engagement to gain the best results for her clients while ensuring both client and member satisfaction.
Anne holds a Group Benefits Associate designation, issued by the International Federation of Employee Benefit Plans.
