A Principal in our Quebec City office, Maxime has been with Eckler since 2015. He has over 14 years experience consulting to a variety of clients including corporations and provincial workers’ compensation boards. His expertise includes workplace health and safety financing, actuarial valuation of claim benefit liabilities, premium rate-setting of large public insurance schemes, as well as financial risk modelling and quantification.
With a keen interest in and experience with emerging technologies and techniques and their application to actuarial problems, Maxime is known for improving and streamlining business processes through the thoughtful integration of software. He is skilled at conveying advanced statistical analyses in an easy-to-grasp manner for a variety of audiences.
Committed to giving back to the actuarial community, Maxime is proud to volunteer his time with the Canadian Institute of Actuaries. He is the vice chair of the Public Affairs Council and a member the Predictive Modelling Committee.

Maxime is the proud father of two amazing children and husband to his loving wife Jeanne. When he isn’t working or with family, he can usually be found on a bike or a pair of skis going uphill.
