In 2025, she brought her wealth of knowledge to Eckler’s Montreal pension and benefits practice, where she provides invaluable legal support to our actuarial consultants and clients.

Rosanne’s role is multifaceted. She meticulously analyzes the legal intricacies of pension plans, drafts and reviews various legal documents—including policies, contracts, agreements, amendments, and resolutions—and keeps a keen eye on case law and new legislation that could impact pension plans.

Beyond her analytical skills, Rosanne is a dynamic presenter. She frequently delivers insightful presentations to clients on various legal aspects of retirement and trains pension committee members.

Rosanne holds a law degree from the University of Ottawa and a degree in notarial law from the University of Montreal.
